Earn more commission by working 4-hour shifts at the sale. Registered consignors can work 1-3 shifts for increased commission, as well as earlier shop times before we open to the public.
Commission Tiers
Baseline Commission Rate: 60%
60% Commission
In addition to 60% commission, you can get your consignor fee back and shop at an earlier time when you work 1 four-hour shift.
65% Commission
Earn 65% commission and get your consignor fee back, and shop at an earlier time when you work 2 four-hour shifts.
70% Commission
This is our maximum commission rate! Earn 70% commission, get your consignor fee back, and shop at an earlier time by working 3 four-hour shifts.
Busy Mom
Too busy to hang, tag, and enter your items? Let us take care of this for you, while you earn 60% commission on your items and shop early!
Frequently Asked Questions
What would I be doing when I work a shift?
Setting up the space, receiving items, organizing the sales floor, helping check people out, packing up donated items and taking racks down.
Can my husband or partner work for me?
We especially love when you send the muscle during set up and break down!
Can my teenager help?
If you have a teen 15 or older, there are some shifts they can help out with. Please email us if interested!
Can I bring my younger children with me when I come to work?
No, for safety reasons, no children under 15 can accompany you during your shift.
If I cannot work my shift at the last minute, what do I do?
If you have an emergency and cannot fulfill your shift, please call, text or email us to let us know.
